सरकारी नौकरियों की आने वाली है बाढ़!

सरकारी नौकरी चाहने वाले युवाओं के ‍लिए अच्छी खबर है कि केंद्र सरकार देश में सरकारी और लोक उपक्रमों में खाली पड़े लगभग दो करोड़ पदों को भरने की तैयारी कर रही है। इन पदों में से एक लाख पद इसी साल भरने की योजना पर काम चल रहा है। 

इतनी बड़ी संख्या में रिक्त पद होने से युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी मिलेगी। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कार्मिक मंत्री नारायण सामी ने यह जानकारी दी। बेरोजगारी झेल रहे युवाओं के लिए यह खुशखबर से कम नहीं है। यह खबर सरकार की उदासीनता पर भी कई सवाल खड़े करती है। 

दो करोड़ कोई मामूली आंकड़ा नहीं है। पहला सवाल इतनी बड़ी संख्या में रिक्त पदों पर अभी तक भर्ती प्रक्रिया क्यों शुरू नहीं की गई। दूसरा यह कि सरकार के जिन विभागों में ये पद खाली पड़े हैं, वहां अब कार्यलयीन कार्य किस प्रकार हो रहा है। देश में पहले ही सरकारी विभाग अपनी लेटलतीफी के लिए जाने जाते हैं। 

अगर ये पद खाली पड़े हैं तो इन कार्यालयों में कार्य की गति को समझा जा सकता है। कार्मिक मंत्री के अनुसार बैंक, लोकसेवा, सीबीआई आदि में पद रिक्त हैं, जिन पर भर्तियां होनी है। सरकार अगर हर वर्ष भी दो लाख पदों को भरती है, तो करोड़ पदों को भरने में करीब पंद्रह से बीस वर्ष लग जाएंगे।

सरकार इन पदों के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया भी सरल करना होगी ताकि जिससे शहरी के साथ ग्रामीण युवाओं को अवसर प्राप्त हो सकें। हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी के अलावा क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में भी परीक्षा आयोजित करने की बात पर अमल किया जा सकता है। इससे ग्रामीण प्रतिभाओं को भी मौका मिल सकता है। 

सरकार इन पदों की भर्ती परीक्षा में आने वाली विसंगतियों का पता लगाकर उन्हें दूर करना होगा। पदों पर भर्ती के दौरान भ्रष्टाचार न हो। किसी प्रकार के लेन-देन से इन पदों पर नियुक्तियां न की जाएं। ये कुछ ऐसे विसगंतियां हैं जिन्हें दूर कर लिया जाए तो ईमानदार और योग्य युवाओं के लिए सरकारी नौकरी पाने की राह आसान हो सकेगी

सिपाही भर्ती की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का परिणाम 20 तक राज्य मुख्यालय, विशेष संवाददाता 16वीं लोकसभा के चुनावों की मतगणना का से ही नतीजा आएगा, उधर प्रदेश पुलिस में नौकरी की उम्मीद लगाए 20 लाख से ज्यादा नौजवानों के भविष्य का फैसला भी हो जाएगा।
प्रदेश पुलिस में सिपाही पद के लिए हुई लिखित परीक्षा का परिणाम भी 20 मई तक घोषित करने की तैयारी है। प्रदेश पुलिस, फायर  र्विस
और पीएसी में 41610 पदों पर सिपाहियों की भर्ती के लिए प्रारंभिक लिखित परीक्षा 15 दिसंबर 2013 को आयोजित की गई थी। इस परीक्षा में 20 लाख से ज्यादा युवाओं ने आवेदन किया था। लिखित परीक्षा में भी करीब 18 लाख अभ्यर्थी बैठे थे। इस बीच 5 मार्च को चुनाव आचार संहिता लागू होने के कारण परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया जा सका। पुलिस भर्ती बोर्ड के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि परीक्षा परिणाम लगभग तैयार है। इसका अंतिम परीक्षण चल रहा है। लिखित परीक्षा की कापियों की कुंजियापहले ही वेबसाइट पर
डाली जा चुकी हैं। अब जैसे ही आचार संहिता खत्म होगी। थोड़ी बहुत प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद लिखित परीक्षा का परिणाम घोषित कर
दिया जाएगा। प्रदेश पुलिस भर्ती बोर्ड का दावा है कि यह अब तक की सबसे बड़ी लिखित परीक्षा थी। इस परीक्षा में पास हुए अभ्यर्थियों को शारीरिक परीक्षा के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
